These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tint, provided by Naylalabs Yaz. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Naylalabs”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you’re using Tint on behalf of an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to bind it.
Tint lets you create branded, embeddable maps and publish them on your own websites, via an iframe, a script embed, or a runtime JavaScript API. Features available to you depend on your plan.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Tint.
Tint offers a free plan and paid plans billed monthly. Payments are handled by Creem acting as merchant of record; your purchase is also subject to Creem’s terms. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel any time from the dashboard.
Each plan includes a monthly map-load allowance. We use soft caps: as you approach the limit we’ll warn you, and once exceeded, new map loads may show a neutral placeholder until you upgrade or the month resets — we do not bill surprise overages. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: breaking the law; infringing others’ rights; uploading malicious code; attempting to bypass plan limits, security or metering; reselling the Service without authorization; or using it for content that is unlawful, hateful, or deceptive. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You own the maps and content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process and serve that content as needed to operate the Service (for example, to render and deliver your published maps). You’re responsible for the content and locations you publish and for having the rights to use them.
Maps are rendered using data from OpenStreetMap and tiles from OpenFreeMap, which are licensed for free use on the condition that OpenStreetMap is attributed. Embedded Tint maps display this attribution, and you agree not to remove or obscure it.
Tint, including its software, design, themes and trademarks, is owned by Naylalabs and protected by law. These Terms don’t grant you any rights in our brand except the right to use the Service as intended.
We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it on an “as available” basis without a guaranteed uptime on free plans. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naylalabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using Tint and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and execution offices of Şanlıurfa shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
We may update these Terms; we’ll update the “Last updated” date and notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
